About usPPI Business NLP was started by founder and director Michael Beale in 2000 while he was strategy manager for BT plc and became a limited company in 2003 when Michael left BT to run PPI full time. In the following two years Michael was fully accredited as an trainer by NLP Co-creator Richard Bandler and as an NLP Coach by NLP Co-creator John Grinder. In addition he carried out and continues to carry out further training and development with a number of the key NLP practitioners and trainers from around the world. His approach is and always will be to offer the very best NLP training and 1:1 coaching for a select and small number of business and professional people, with a particular emphasis on rising executives and entrepreneurs.
