Hi I'm Michael Beale  - Business NLP trainer and coach

Founder and director of PPI Business NLP, an organization dedicated to unlocking people's potential. The goal of my business is to serve as a pragmatic NLP resource for business and the community, and as a centre of excellence. I’m continually looking for the best way of doing things, whether they are new, or tried and true.

My interest in NLP comes from two key applications. As a personal development tool, NLP can help individuals thrive in today's ever-changing business and social environments.  As a modelling tool, NLP can help us “benchmark” and replicate excellent performance.

I do not see myself as an NLP trainer, but rather as a facilitator, and at times a coach. The fact that I'm not a trainer may be my biggest strength. I help people get results because I demonstrate what I actually do, and then allow others to prove to themselves what works.  I greatly enjoy facilitating the NLP courses; I create a comfortable and stimulating environment where people can explore ideas, behaviours, and states. I'm also very fortunate to work with a highly skilled set of co-facilitators. 

My NLP Background

I'm a "First Institute" SNLP, Richard Bandler-licensed NLP trainer and a certified John Grinder NLP coach (Michael's certificates) who has been lucky enough to have trained with many of the best NLP people from across the world

Before running PPI Business NLP full time I was employed as  Strategy Development Manager for BT plc, working on developing their capabilities around business process outsourcing among other things. I was very fortunate to have received the full support of BT in my pursuit of becoming an NLP trainer, for which I am grateful. I also have 14 years of experience in sales and marketing for BT, 3M, and ITT, and 9 years of experience working as a retail buyer and merchandise controller for B&Q, Argos, and Boots.

Some may be interested to know that I have a chemistry degree and an advanced diploma in world class marketing.
